Speaking about the watch brand Ventura, I think of Kinetic watches by Japanese watch brand Seiko as they adopt similar method to power their quartz movements. And the method Ventura watches adopt is called “micro generation system” which power quartz movements via an automatic rotor. And I am a huge fan of Ventura watches that feature simple shapes, unique modern flair, and distinctive Bauhaust twist. Unfortunately, this brand declared bankruptcy a few years ago for some reasons unknown, which was regared by some people as the portent of the luxury bubble burst. And it was right. Later, the luxury bublle did burst. But in fact, Ventura was not a very luxury brand and was not that overinflated like many other brands. Its bankruptcy was still a mystery today.
This morning, I am excited to hear that Pierre Nobs, the founder of Ventura, has declared that Ventura will come back soon thanks to new funding. And Pierre Nobs will take charge of the reborn Ventura. I wonder, if reborn Ventura will continue to make high-end quartz watches and luxury mechanical watches that the brand was so famous for before ? As a huge fan, I can not wait to see the new release from Ventura. In addition, I am also thrilled that Ventura will have their new timepieces available at their coming website as I am used to shopping online. Anyway, not a few signs tell me that reborn Ventura will be much more modern than what it was.
If you love Ventura watches, save money and get ready for their new release now. And as far as I know of , the price range for existing Ventura watches is between $1,500 and $5,000.
