Girard Perregaux 1966 Full Calendar-Palladium Version

Here comes one favorite model within Girard Perregaux’s new watch offerings-the 1966 Full Calendar Palladium limited edition watch that is very easy to read and very pleasant to eyes with 100% pure classic designs. As the name suggests, this watch is crafted from rare metal- palladium .This precious metal is extremely difficult to deal with. It has an adorable advantage over other precious materials such as gold: it is highly tarnish resistant and needs no rhodium plating. Beating inside the watch is the GP033M0 calibre-the brand’sa in-house made automatic movement. Aside from the time, it offers triple calendar and moon phase indicator. You can admire the gold automatic rotor of the movement via the display case back.. The thin case, sized at 40mm, is completed by a high quality alligator strap that wears very comfortable on the wrist.

The gray dial receives refined brushed finish. At first sight, you may feel the functions are a bit bunched up at the middle. In fact, it is this layout that saves the dial from been felt smaller than its real size to the eyes. And for the second sight, you will realize the how easy to read the dial is. The dial comes with 1966 style markers and hands, and it is slightly domed around the edges.

The 1966 Full Calendar is limited to just 1999 pieces world wide. The price is around $19,800.
