The original watch that the Milestone 1941 is based on was created in 1938 and known as the CK2080. Omega brings the retro style to the modern world and injects the contemporary technology. In fact, the Milestone 1941 is completely modern expect the retro look.
Sized at 38mm at diameter, the old fashioned case and the lugs are done in 18K white gold. Beating inside the watch is the Omega Caliber 3203 Co-Axial manually wound movement that has been equipped with a column wheel for the chronograph complication.
The black dial carries the original style which was extremely well-received among high rank military officials in early 40s. This dial is very busy with lots of functions including s a tachymeter, telemeter, and a 30 minute chronograph and the time. But Omega has managed to make it looks cool and tasteful. To ensure ideal reading in places of poor lighting, the hour makers and the hands are coated with sufficient SuperLumiNova.
Omega Milestone 1941 Collector’s Piece Watch is completed by a black alligator strap with 18k white gold buckle.
