Concord C1 MecaTech Chronograph Watch, as the new member of the C1 line and one of the brand’s new watch offerings, was unveiled at the Baselworld. Like other Concord watches , the C1 Mecatech is very well constructed and refined designed. And that is a good way to maintain the established customer base and attract more new clients.
The Concord C1 MecaTech features a 44mm case crafted in successful combination of stainless steel with PVD-treatment and 18K rose gold. The creators of the watch used gold to soften its look and draw attention to some of the distinctive features of the case construction, including the protective details on the glass, chronograph pushers and crown. The bezel is fitted with 8 black rubber protections. The Concord watch is 200-meter water-resistant.
The dial of the new Concord watch is covered by a anti-reflective sapphire crystal which is 3.3mm thick. The watch subdials at 12 and 6 o’clock have grid pattern overlapped on them. According to Concord, this design is meant to protect the mechanical movement that powers the watch. The large checked pattern at the main dial further enhance the layer sense of the design. The dial, with three subdials and a date display, is very well balanced in terms of geometry. The hands and the hour markers are Superluminova-coated to ensure the time reading in the evening and places of poor lighting.
The C1 MecaTech Chronograph Watch houses an selfwinding mechanical chronograph movement which has benn COSC-certified. It beats at a frequency of 28,800vph and has a 48-hour power reserve. Decorated with 25 jewels, this movement features a black rotor with shadowy form and a Cotes-de-Geneve decorative motif. You can have a clear view of this movement through the display case back.
The watch is completed by a black rubberized alligator strap that is fixes with a deployment buckle.
